Vasundhara Agrawal is a Bangalore-based diet & active lifestyle expert and an independent food consultant who strives to take the confusion out of healthy eating. ​Having closely worked as a dietitian / nutritionist with top hospitals like Fortis and Max healthcare, she believes in a philosophy that diets, just like clothes, should be tailor-made because every individual is different and there is no one-size-fits-all here.As a life member of Indian Dietetic Association, a UGC-NET qualified lecturer, a freelance corporate trainer and an active contributor to various publications, Vasundhara’s mission is to inculcate healthy lifestyle habits among people to enable them be the best version of themselves.

She works with diverse groups and individuals around the World, catering to their special needs, goals or health conditions and helping them lead a healthy life free of worry and illness. With her there is always something for everyone. Therefore, it doesn’t matter who you are, where you live, or what you do, she can pave way for a healthier and happier you.

Living What I Teach

As a nutrition consultant and lifestyle coach, I work with clients who are juggling real life—careers, families, health goals—just like I am. That’s why I don’t just talk about balance and intentionality—I live it, starting with my mornings.

My day begins at 6:00 AM with water, movement, and five quiet minutes on the balcony to ease into alertness.

Then I prep my son’s lunch and help him get ready for school—a grounding ritual that centers me emotionally before the workday begins.

By 7:00 AM, I’ve reviewed my calendar, tackled one focused task, and transitioned to the mat for my hour of yoga—my non-negotiable daily reset.

At 9:00 AM, I sit down for a real breakfast, feeling clear, present, and ready to support my clients with full attention.

This morning flow isn’t just about discipline—it’s how I practice the same intentional habits I help my clients build. Because when we lead with energy and clarity, everything else aligns more easily.
